Please Use Our Portal For Communicating with Our Office

At our office, we prioritize any and all communication through our web portal for maximum efficiency. For the best communication, it is strongly recommended that individuals utilize the messaging system built into the Portal whenever possible.

To gain access to the portal, we require each patient to provide an individual email address. Please note that each family member will need a separate email address.

Patient Portal

Voicemails

We cannot guarantee that voicemail messages will be answered in an expeditious manner. If a voice message is left in the incorrect voice mailbox, it may not be returned. Please use the web portal for the most efficient communication.

If you leave a message through our voicemail, we will do our best to honor your requests within 48 hours. Messages left after 4 p.m. will be responded to 2 days from the start of the next business day. Voicemails received after Friday afternoons or during office closures or federal holidays will also take 2 days for us to return them after we have reopened.

To ensure that your voicemail is handled properly, please be sure to include your full name, date of birth, phone number, and the purpose for why you are calling. Without this information provided in the message, we will not be able to respond accordingly.

Medication Refill Notice

To ensure your routine medications are always readily available, we request that you provide us with a minimum of 7 days notice when requesting refills. Because the refill will be fulfilled without further communication from our office, it is important to periodically check in at the pharmacy regarding the prescription status.
